This 3-hour workshop is an introductory to field and nature photography, with an emphasis on taking your photography skills to the next level. Phil Witt will show you some of the island’s hidden gems and unique features. If you have a telephoto lens, bring it! Petty’s Island offers a great variety of birds both in the forest and on the surrounding mud flats. Spectacular panoramic views of Philadelphia will round out the experience. Phil will provide hands-on, personalized instruction and work with you on composition giving you tools and tips for determining the optimum exposure and cover many other topics to get you comfortable with your camera. Our goal is to help you learn…and of course, have fun along the way!
