Early Bird Walk at Wenonah Woods

August 15 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am

$3
Join us on a guided walk through the Wenonah Woods where we’ll learn about the fascinating natural history of the area. We’ll follow the trail through the hardwood forest and learn about the historic tea house there, traverse a bog walk over wetlands that used to be a pleasure lake, and even walk a trail that dates back to the time when Native Americans lived in the area. And we’ll look for some early summer woodland wildflowers such as striped wintergreen and partridgeberry along the way!
RSVP Required: Contact Michael Hogan at hoganphoto@verizon.net or 609-476-2086 to RSVP and/or if you have any questions.
Cost:
$3; can purchase online here or pay in exact change at the walk
Location: 100 W. Cedar St., Wenonah, NJ 08090; Glen Trailhead on W. Cedar St. at the intersection of S. Monroe Ave. Wenonah
